Method for making black bean paste stuffing
Ingredients: 300g black beans, 100g white sugar and 40g edible oil.
Exercise:
1. First, wash and soak the black beans for about 3 hours, change the water several times, then put the soaked black beans into a pressure cooker, add 1000ml of water, cover the pot and boil, then turn the heat down and cook for another 30 minutes;
2. Take out the cooked black beans, put them into a wall-breaking machine, add a proper amount of white sugar and stir them together until all black beans are stirred into fine mud, and then take them out;
3. Fire, that is, put the non-stick pan on the fire to heat it, then pour the stirred black bean paste into the pan, turn to low heat and stir fry slowly until the black bean paste is sticky, lumpy and evenly mixed;
4. Divide the prepared bean paste stuffing into small pieces, and then freeze it, so that the bean paste stuffing is ready.

1. Black beans must be soaked in advance, otherwise it may take a long time to cook.
2. After soaking, pour out the water for soaking black beans, add water and cook in a pressure cooker.
3. When black beans are broken by a wall-breaking machine, the more broken they are, the finer the bean paste is and the better the taste is.
