Fig. 4-4 1 Cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii by Covering with Soil
(1) covering materials and treatment
The covering material of Pleurotus eryngii is not as strict as that of Agaricus bisporus. Generally, it is garden soil, field soil, river soil, etc. As long as it has a granular structure, breathability, strong water retention, suitable pH value and is dry and non-clay, it can be used. Before use, mix 2% lime, spray disinfect with 5% formaldehyde solution, and cover with plastic film for 24-48 hours.
(2) yang structure
The boundary can be built in the open space of greenhouse or forest orchard. The width of the boundary is 60 ~ 100 cm, the length depends on the terrain and needs, and the depth of the boundary is 5 ~ 10 cm, and the drainage ditch is opened around. Soak the frame in water, spray bactericide, and disinfect the frame and its surroundings.
(3) bag removal and soil covering
After 6 ~ 10 days, the fungus bags can be taken out, covered with soil, and placed vertically on the bed that has been built, with the distance between the bags being 2 cm, and filled with the prepared soil. The thickness of the border cover is 2 ~ 3 cm, and the water content of the covering soil is 16% ~ 20%. After covering the soil, it should be properly compacted and leveled. If forest and orchard are intercropped, use a small arch shed.
(4) Management after covering soil
After covering the soil, it is necessary to regularly check the wet and dry conditions of the soil, carry out sprinkler management as appropriate, and replenish water several times in two days. To maintain soil moisture in the future, we must master two principles: first, the border should not be white; Second, water does not flow into the feed. At the same time, do a good job of temperature control, moisturizing and ventilation, ventilation once every morning and evening, thick coverage on sunny days, and reduce shading on cloudy days. After 10 ~ 20 days, the primordium can be formed. Every time there is a mushroom tide, it is necessary to combine topdressing and flooding the bed.
