1. Ingredients: lactone tofu, shrimp, eggs.
2. Add a little pepper, a little cooking wine and a little salt to the shrimps, mix well and marinate for a few minutes.
3. Take out the tofu and cut it into pieces and put it into a deeper plate.
4. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add warm water, beat evenly, and skim off the foam (the ratio of eggs to water is 1:1.2).
5. Pour the beaten egg liquid into the tofu bowl.
6. Put it in a steamer, turn on the steam and steam over low heat for about 8-10 minutes.
7. Steam over low heat for about 8 minutes. When the egg liquid solidifies slightly, add the marinated shrimps, cover again and steam for about 5 minutes.
8. When steaming shrimps and eggs, mix a bowl of sauce: 2 teaspoons steamed fish soy sauce, a little boiled water, and 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil and mix thoroughly.
9. Take out the steamed shrimp and tofu, pour the prepared sauce directly on top, and sprinkle in a little minced chives.
