Tip: Handmade noodles are very strong noodles. In order to increase the toughness of noodles, eggs or salt can be added to the dough, or both can be added at the same time. If you are making noodles with noodles, because the noodles are salty, you should put less salt, or remove the salt and only put eggs. When peeling noodles, you must use a sharp knife. Using a blunt knife will deform the noodles and break them more easily.
