Wash lentils. Step 2

Tips
I. Sprinkle some cooking oil on the noodles beforehand, so that the noodles won't stick to the pan when simmering later.
2. The amount of water you add to the pasta is critical, adding just enough water to cover the lentils. If you add too much water, the texture of the noodles will be too soft and sticky, while if you add too little water, it may be too sticky.
