Yingkou Technician College, affiliated to Yingkou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, is a multi-functional, multi-level and wide-ranging comprehensive high-skilled personnel training base integrating vocational and technical education, vocational skills training, vocational skills appraisal and vocational guidance. The College is located in the west section of Bohai Street, Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, adjacent to the famous ancient cultural site West Fort in the west and Binhai Road in the east, surrounded by modern enterprises in Yingkou coastal industrial base, covering an area of163,000 square meters, with a building area of 74,000 square meters and a building area of130,000 square meters.

Training areas such as modern logistics (port equipment operation and maintenance), numerical control, machining, locksmith, riveting and welding, electrical maintenance, automobile driving and maintenance are set up, and 662 sets of domestic first-class teaching and production training equipment are equipped, which can meet the internship needs of 700 people at the same time.
