1. Cut the onion, slice the ginger, pat the garlic flat, and dry the red pepper.
2. Boil the cold water in the pot, add the duck tongue, boil it for about 3-5 minutes, take it out and rinse it several times. You will find the water in the pot very dirty (so you won't go out to buy cooked food in the future).
3. Pour clean water into the pot. When the water boils, put the duck tongue in blanching water for a while, then take it out and drain it.
