Get the materials ready.
Add whipped cream and sugar to a large bowl first.
Stir the whipped cream and sugar. Spare.
Add matcha powder to fresh milk and stir well.
Add it to the whipped cream.
Then gently stir evenly with a scraper.
Pour into container and refrigerate 1 hour.
Take it out, stir for 2 minutes, and put it in the refrigerator for 5 hours or until it becomes hard.
