Take out a complete small green orange and drill nine holes evenly in the skin with a special tea knife. When drilling, the hands should be flexible, and the size should be based on not exposing the tea leaves. Don't use your hands too hard, so as not to cut your skin and hurt yourself by mistake. Put the drilled Xiaoqing orange into a tea bowl and add boiling water for brewing. After brewing for four or five times, you can boil it directly in a glass jar, and the taste will be more mellow.
2. Broken skin brewing method
Unpack the package, take out the whole Xiaoqing orange, slowly pinch the Xiaoqing orange creatively, break it into pieces, put the Xiaoqing orange peel and tea into a cup or pot at the same time, and add boiling water for brewing. Wash the tea for the first time and moisten the tea for the second time to ensure that the soup is brewed quickly in the first five times and avoid the tea soup being too strong. After five times of brewing, gradually increase the brewing time.
3. Open the lid and brew.
The lid-lifting method is simpler than the other two methods. Unpack the package, take out the whole little orange, uncover the small lid on the little orange, and then put the whole little orange directly into the teapot or teacup. Gently pour boiling water from the top of the small orange. The first water injection is to wake up the tea, and you can pour it out without drinking it. You can start drinking the second time. After brewing for 7 to 8 times, you can turn the whole small orange upside down and continue brewing.
