How should I use Goldfish cooking oil?
Most of the cooking oils of Goldfish are refined vegetable oils, which can be used for daily stir-fry cooking. If it is olive oil, walnut oil, flaxseed oil and other cooking oils with cold-pressing process, it can be used for cold mixing, or short-time high-temperature stir-frying, so as to avoid destroying the nutrients that are intolerant to high temperatures in the oils.
