1. Crack an egg into a large bowl.
2. Then add flour.
3. Pour in appropriate amount of water and mix thoroughly.
4. Stir into thick liquid.
5. Clean the surface of the rice cake and cut it into 1cm squares.
6. Heat the pot and pour in appropriate amount of oil.
7. Place the cut rice cakes into the batter and fully coat each piece of rice cake with the batter.
8. When the oil is 70 to 80% hot, put the rice cakes coated in batter into the pan, fry until golden brown, then remove the oil from the pan and eat.
