1. First, prepare a Boston lobster, as shown in the following figure:
2. To kill shrimp, you need to pee first. Take a chopstick and insert it in the position shown below:
3. Use a sharp knife to stab downward at the position shown in the figure, and stab the reverse side;
4. Wrap the shrimp head with a towel to avoid hurting your hands. Hold the shrimp tail in one hand, hold the shrimp head in the other hand, twist left and right, and finally pull it out hard;
5. Cut the shrimp belly on both sides with scissors;
6. Pull out the shrimp meat bit by bit with the small head of the spoon;
7. Finally, put it in cold water and ice it.
