He was worried that his wife was possessed or was harmed by a hag.
So he went to consult a fortune teller. Are these differences a blessing or a curse? The fortuneteller told the donor, "This is not a disaster, but the blessing of the fetus, which shows these auspicious signs. Don't worry. "Hearing these words, the benefactor was relieved.
Ten months later, the donor's wife gave birth to a very cute and strict-looking baby boy. What is different is that his body is very clean, not only without placenta and blood stains, but also decorated with pearls, wreaths, clothes and so on.
When the servants bathed him, every time they took off his clothes, they immediately showed another suit. The servants had no choice but to bathe together with clothes and decorations. After washing, the servant carried him to bed, and the bed immediately became a big bed decorated with precious treasures. On the roof, there was a solemn palace, with treasures and banners above it, colorful flowers and fragrant perfume in the palace, and a pagoda in front of the bed. There were all kinds of treasures in the tower, which were inexhaustible and very rare.
The donor was overjoyed and held a very grand birth ceremony for the child. Since he was born, there were as many treasures as the sea at home, so he was named "Baohai Boy".
Baohai boy was fed by eight aunts with milk, yogurt, oil cakes and other diets. Soon, he grew up like a lotus. Wherever he went, there were people who laid carpets for him, and there were people who scattered flowers for him. He is proficient in world literature, medical skills and eight kinds of observation. His father built four palaces for him in spring, summer, autumn and winter. There were naturally treasures and banners on the palaces, and the goddess came down to play with him. He enjoyed this wonderful life to the fullest.
One day, he had great confidence in the three treasures of Buddhism, Dharma and Monk, and thought to himself: "I have had enough of the blessings in the world. Now I should become a monk, practice diligently, and cut off all the pain of life and death." 」
As a result, he gave alms widely, which made many poor people happy and became a monk under the Buddha's teaching method. After becoming a monk, no matter where the boy in Baohai went, there were still many non-people paving the floor and building treasures for him, and many goddesses surrounded him.
Some monks thought it was outrageous: "What is this? 」
The boy in Baohai was also distressed by this, so he went to ask the Buddha how to treat him.
The Buddha told him, "It is unnecessary for you to think about all this, and it will naturally disappear. 」
He practiced according to the teachings of the Buddha, and sure enough, everything disappeared. He felt relaxed and practiced more diligently, and soon, he broke away from the troubles of the three realms and became an arhat.
At this time, the monks asked the Buddha, "Buddha, what kind of good karma did the boy in Baohai have? He was born in a rich family, with a strict appearance, and was born with all kinds of treasures. When he was born, his body was free from dirt and stains, and he naturally showed palaces, pagodas and flowers. Everywhere he went, there were inhuman and heaven-man spreading flowers for him." With what kind of karma, I have confidence in the three treasures, and I have won the position of Arhat Grosvenor? I hope that the Buddha will speak for us, and we are happy to hear it. 」
The Buddha told the monks, "This was caused by the power of his vows in his previous life. When Xian robbed life for 20,000 years, the mentor of Heaven and Man, Tathagata, was waiting for the birth of the Buddha Gaya. At that time, there was a benefactor in Rokuyaon, India, who had as much wealth as the Emperor Wen, and had deep confidence in the Three Treasures. He specially built a prayer hall to welcome Buddha Kaya and all the monks, to provide all kinds of delicious food, to bathe and change clothes, and to raise Buddha Kaya's hair and nails from the tower for support.
On one occasion, he saw many birds nesting and scattering on the tower. He thought it was not as good as the law, so he added another floor to the tower, decorated it with banners and umbrellas, and decorated the interior with treasures such as wreaths. Later, he made a vow:
With these merits of repairing pagodas, I hope that I will be reincarnated in a rich family from generation to generation, with strict appearance, naturally decorated with all kinds of treasures, born with no dirty body, naturally showing palaces, pagodas and flowers, and there are inexhaustible treasures in them, and everywhere I go, there are nonhuman and heaven-man scattered flowers for me. Then, he gained confidence in the three treasures and became a monk under the teaching method of Sakyamuni Buddha, and was awarded the position of Siraitia grosvenorii. "
What do you think, monks? At that time, the benefactor was the current Baohai boy. Because of his good deeds and willingness, he was able to achieve all the perfection in the world in this life, and became a monk under my teaching method, and finally won the holy fruit. 」
