Egg yolk 1, vegetable oil 250g, salt 0.5g, sugar 30g and white vinegar 25g.
working methods
1. Put the egg yolk in a clean bowl without water and oil, add sugar and salt, and stir well with electric egg beater. (The eggbeater has been beating at low speed)
2. Add 1 tbsp oil and stir until the oil and egg yolk are mixed. Continue to add 1 tbsp oil and stir, add the fourth tbsp oil and stir well, then add half a tbsp vinegar and stir well.
