Application of Garlic in Zhajiang Noodles
Marinate minced beef with cooking wine, starch, vinegar, salt and white pepper.
When cooking noodles, it is best to mix some olive oil to prevent them from sticking together.
Add oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, add garlic Chili sauce and green onions. Stir fry a little, then add the marinated minced beef.
Stir-fry minced beef until slightly discolored, then add tomatoes, mushrooms and dried bamboo shoots. Add the right amount of water and stew until the tomatoes are sauce-like.
Add salt, sugar and chicken essence to taste.
Pour the sauce on the noodles and stir well (you can add another spoonful of XO sauce)
skill
If eaten alone, the amount of this sauce can be eaten twice.
