How to fry Pleurotus ostreatus with onions
Ingredients: 3g of Pleurotus ostreatus
Accessories: appropriate amount of blending oil, appropriate amount of salt, 1 onion, appropriate amount of ginger, appropriate amount of onion and appropriate amount of vinegar.
Step:
Wash and tear Pleurotus ostreatus into small flowers;
peel the onion, cut off both ends and wash;
cut into small pieces;
shredded ginger and diced onion;
