1. Figure 1-3 Winter bamboo shoots are peeled, washed and sliced. Boil the bamboo shoots in boiling water until 7-8 minutes are cooked, and take them out. Cool them with cold water for later use.
2. Figure 4-6: Wash pickles and cut them into pieces, and remove the leaves. Heat the oil pan, put a little salad oil into the cooked bamboo shoots and stir fry.
3. Figure 7-8 Stir-fry the bamboo shoots a few times, add the chopped pickles and stir-fry a few times, add the fine sugar, salt and chicken essence, and stir well to get out of the pot.
