Lentinus edodes is an edible fungus that grows on rotten wood. Pick it up and dry it with slow fire. It's a semi-finished product. However, it is inevitable that it will not be polluted during collection and drying. Therefore, before cooking, it is advisable to cut off the mushroom stalks and impurities, and then soak them in water to make the fruiting bodies scattered and easy to wash. After cleaning, soak in clear water for more than 4 hours to expand the fruiting body. When cooking, the clear water soaked in mushrooms can be used to make vegetable soup.
