How to saute almond mushrooms with preserved garlic ?
Slice the garlic, cut the mushrooms in half lengthwise from the center, slice diagonally into 3cm long segments, and then cut into diamond-shaped slices.
Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat until it reaches 60%, then fry the sliced mushrooms until golden brown.
Leaving a small amount of oil in the pan, add chopped green onion and sliced garlic and stir-fry, add cooking wine and vinegar and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the sliced almond mushrooms.
Then add oyster sauce and sugar and continue to stir-fry until flavorful.
