1. Ingredients: lotus root, sugar and salt.
2. Wash and peel the lotus root.
3. Cut into pieces about 0.5 cm thick.
4. Slice the lotus root and soak it in water quickly.
5. Add a glass of water and sugar to the boiling pot.
6. Add a little salt.
7. Add the soaked lotus root slices.
8. Bring the fire to a boil, and turn it down.
9. Cook until the lotus root slices become transparent, and the sugar juice is thick and basically collected. Turn off the fire and let the lotus root slices cool naturally.

12. Put the prepared lotus root slices away and put them in a fresh-keeping box, just like sugar and preserved fruit. Very delicious.
