Legal analysis: All supermarkets, restaurants and markets that sell and operate Chinese sturgeon are either illegal hunting and killing of precious and endangered wild animals, or production and sale of fake and inferior products. As long as the business activities in the name of Chinese sturgeon are illegal and criminal. The former is investigated by the fishery resources management department, while the latter is investigated by the market supervision and management department. The unity that constitutes a crime is investigated by the public security organ.

Legal basis: Article 28 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Wild Animals has been scientifically proved to be included in the list of national key protected wild animals with mature and stable artificial breeding technology formulated by the wildlife protection department in the State Council. For the wild animals and their products listed in the list, they can directly obtain special marks according to the annual production quantity verified by the wildlife protection departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government with the artificial breeding license, and sell and use them with the special marks to ensure traceability.
