Wash the duck legs, put them into cold water, and the amount of water should be not more than the legs of the duck for at least 4 centimeters, don't cover the lid of the pot, and then cook them over high heat and skim off the froth with a spoon.
Pepper, star anise, cumin, dried hawthorns into the seasoning packet packed into the pot, add ginger, seasoned wine, soy sauce, old soy sauce and sugar, cover the lid, keep the fire in the middle, simmering for 1 ? hours.
Duck stew 40 minutes after the fire off, after the gas in the pressure cooker to run out, open the lid, mix in salt and stir well, change to high heat and cook for 5 minutes.
