1. First, prepare the following ingredients: 2 chicken legs, 1g sesame oil, 2g soy sauce, 2g garlic, 5g cooking wine, 2g star anise, 1g salt, 2g cinnamon, 2g ginger and 1g fragrant leaves. The specific steps are as follows: thaw the bought chicken legs and wash them, as shown in the figure below.
2. Step 2: Rinse cinnamon, ginger, geranium and star anise with clear water respectively, as shown in the following figure.
3. Step 3: Put the washed drumsticks into the pot, add cinnamon, ginger, fragrant leaves, star anise, cooking wine and salt, and then pour in a proper amount of water, as shown in the following figure.
