Roast chicken gizzards
Method
1. Add flour and salt to the chicken gizzards and wash them thoroughly.
2. Add onions, ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well and marinate for half an hour.
3. Spray oil on the surface of the air fryer and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with barbecue ingredients and serve.
