Peeling kiwi fruit with bare hands is inconvenient and very dirty.
1. Peeling method by hand
The flesh of ripe kiwi fruit is very soft, and the skin is easy to peel off at this time. First take a kiwi fruit and gently knead it twice on a board to separate the pulp and skin as much as possible. Tear it from top to bottom with your hands, and the kiwi skin will fall off.
2. Peeling with toothpicks
Use a knife to cut off both ends of the kiwi fruit you want to eat. Then prepare a toothpick and insert it into the kiwi fruit. Use a little force and circle around the kiwi fruit so that the pulp and skin can be easily separated.
3. Dig with a spoon
Prepare a kiwi fruit and cut off the top part. Be careful not to cut too much to avoid waste. Then take a spoon and use the spoon to scrape the kiwi fruit firmly. Scrape it around from top to bottom, and then tear it off with your hands. The peel will be easy to peel off.
4. Peel with a fruit knife
If it is a kiwi that is moderately soft and hard, you can prepare a clean fruit knife. Cut the middle part of the kiwi into two pieces and eat with a spoon. This way you won’t waste the pulp, and when the pulp is gone, only the peel will be left.
