Exercise 1
Raw materials:
A sea crab, fresh noodles, onion, salt, dried starch and ginger.
A live crab, clean it up.
Process:
1. Unhook the crab shell and remove the cheeks on both sides.
2. Cut the crab from the middle and split it in two.

Process:
1. Clean the sea crab, untie the crab shell and remove the cheeks on both sides.
2. Cut the crab from the middle, divide it in two, and stick dry starch on the wound.
3. Heat oil in the pan, add ginger and garlic and stir fry. Pour in hairy crabs and stir fry.
4. Add appropriate cold water and bring to a boil.
5. Add fresh noodles, cook for 5- 10 minutes until the fresh noodles are cooked, and sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and onion.
Exercise 3
Raw materials:
1 hairy crabs, fresh noodles 90g, shallots, rice wine, soy sauce and salt.
Process:
1. Hairy crabs (washed), fresh noodles and shallots.
2. Remove the crab gills from the cleaned hairy crabs and cut them open with scissors.
3. Boil the oil in the rice cooker, add the sorted hairy crabs, and add a proper amount of rice wine.
Step 4 stir fry.
5. Then, add fresh noodles, add appropriate amount of boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Then, add appropriate soy sauce.
7. Add the right amount of salt.
8. Turn the seasoning evenly.
9. finally, add the onion and serve.
