Prepare raw materials. Rock sugar should be ground into powdered sugar by a cooking machine. I used cordyceps eggs, which are free-range eggs. This kind of egg is small in size and big in yolk, so I used four whole eggs. The original recipe was 3 eggs and 1 yolk, such as grapes.

Pour in the milk and stir it while pouring, because the milk is warm, and constant stirring can prevent the eggs from caking.

After preheating the oven to 150℃, pour warm water into the baking tray and bake in water bath for 30-35 minutes. I use a shallow baking cup and bake it for 30 minutes. If the baking cup is deep, bake it for a few minutes, showing elasticity but not wrinkling.
