Practice:
1, yuba is soaked in cold water and broken into small pieces by hand. Boil water from the pot and scald the yuba. It won't take too long, which will affect the taste. Take it out and let it pass through cold water.
2. Cut carrots and cucumbers into shreds, cut parsley into sections, and cut onions and garlic into pieces.
3. Then make juice, add Chili noodles, allspice powder, sesame seeds, salt, white sugar and minced garlic into the bowl, add hot oil, then add delicious soy sauce and stir well.
4. Put the yuba in the dish, add the shredded carrot, shredded cucumber, parsley section and chopped green onion, a handful of fried peanuts, pour in the juice and stir well, and a cold salad will be ready.
Second course: scrambled eggs with leek moss
Practice:
1, wash leek moss and cut into sections, and beat three eggs in a bowl and mix well (the eggs must be fully mixed and stirred for a while until bubbles appear).
2. Add oil to the pot and heat it. Pour the stirred egg liquid into the pot, turn it constantly, and stir it until golden.
3. Add oil to the pot again and heat it, pour the leek moss in, stir fry for one minute, then pour the scrambled eggs in, add a little salt to taste, and stir fry twice to get out of the pot.
