Steps
1. Boil the noodles until they are 8 or 9 years old.
2. Drain the noodles, add a little oil and set aside.
3. Dice the tomatoes and chop the green onions.
4. Beat the eggs, add a little water and mix well.

Tips
1, after the noodles are cooked add the right amount of oil and mix well, you can prevent the noodles from sticking.
2, add a little water to the egg mixture can make the scrambled eggs more tender.
3. Finally, add chopped scallions to give the fried noodles a scallion flavor. If you don't like the scallion flavor, you can omit it.
