I. Construction of farms
Generally, when crayfish are cultured indoors, cement ponds are built. However, attention should be paid to the area of crayfish ponds, the density of crayfish and the indoor environment, and the breeding ponds are divided into nursery ponds, incubation ponds and incubation ponds. A series of facilities should be provided for them to raise and communicate separately at different stages, so as to provide a good living environment for crayfish to grow.
Second, shrimp fry selection and stocking
The choice of shrimp fry is also more important, because indoor culture is not as good as external conditions in all aspects, so the requirements of shrimp fry are more stringent. Generally, shrimp seedlings with bright color, smooth body surface without attachments, intact body surface without injury, strong body without disease and more vitality are selected, so that the survival rate of stocked shrimp seedlings will be higher. Before stocking shrimp larvae, it is necessary to disinfect them and then put them into the culture pond to avoid bacterial infection.
Third, feed and feeding
Feeding crayfish is also a very important link. Under normal circumstances, crayfish are fed with some miscellaneous fish and snail meat mixed with some plants. When feeding, attention should be paid to the frequency and dosage. Too little will cause crayfish to kill each other, while too much will not only waste feed, but also easily lead to crayfish dying. Under normal circumstances, it is enough to feed crayfish about three times a day. If the weather is bad, the appetite of crayfish will decrease, and it is usually enough to feed crayfish once.
