Crispy spicy chicken gizzards
Materials:
Chicken gizzard, pickled mustard tuber, green pepper, pickled pepper, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, cooking wine, dried starch (or raw flour), salt and sugar;
Exercise:
