Output: 1. Wash the dog meat and cut it into 2.5 cm square pieces.
2. Heat the oil in the spoon, stir-fry the dog meat with onion, ginger, garlic and aniseed until there is no blood in the meat, then cook 750ml of wine, soy sauce, sugar, red pepper and chicken soup, skim off the floating foam after boiling, put it in a stew pot, simmer the dog meat with low heat until there is not much soup, and serve on a plate.
Usage: breakfast, Chinese food and dinner.
Efficacy: chilblain conditioning.
