Home-style stewed chicken wings is a food made from chicken wings, cooking wine and other ingredients.
Method:
1. Wash the chicken wing roots, rinse with water and skim off the blood; cut the green onions into sections and slice the ginger for later use.
2. Add cooking oil to the pot, add soft white sugar and stir-fry the sugar color.
3. When the sugar in the oil pan bubbles and turns brown, put the chicken wing roots in and stir-fry so that each side of each wing root is evenly coated with sugar color.
4. Add the chopped green onion, ginger, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine and water. After the pot is boiled on high heat, reduce the heat to low and cover the pot.
5. Chicken wing roots are easy to cook. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, uncover the pot, and switch to high heat to remove the soup. When the soup is almost finished, be sure to stir-fry constantly to prevent the chicken wing roots from sticking to the pot. After the soup is put away, you will find that the roots of the chicken wings are bright red, the color is very beautiful, and you will be appetizing just by looking at it.
