1. Ingredients: appropriate amount of mushrooms, appropriate amount of soybean sprouts, 1 carrot, appropriate amount of red dates, appropriate amount of onion and ginger.
2. Soak mushrooms in advance and cut them in half. Wash carrots and cut them into pieces.
3. Wash soybean sprouts, remove roots, slice ginger, and wash red dates and scallions for later use;
