working methods
1. Rooted carrots, washed and diced;
2. Wash onions and pork and chop them into minced meat for later use;
3. Pour a proper amount of lard into the wok, heat it, add diced carrots, stir fry until soft, and take it out;
4. Heat the remaining oil in a wok, add chopped green onion, stir-fry until fragrant, add minced meat and stir-fry quickly;
