It is recommended that you drink the milk as soon as possible after opening it. Also, try to minimize the time that the milk is exposed to room temperature after opening and keep it in the refrigerator.

The ESL process is a manufacturing process that improves quality by increasing the level of equipment cleaning and machine sterilizing to prevent secondary contamination at all stages of the process, from raw milk acceptance to cow's milk filling, under strict quality control at the factory.

Secondary contamination refers to "the possibility of external bacteria mixing in the processes after milk sterilization (storage and filling processes, etc.)".
