Fresh pork liver bought in vegetable market or supermarket, washed, sliced and put on a plate.
Dice pork liver, add chopped ginger and garlic, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and soy sauce, add two spoonfuls of starch, and mix well for later use.
Shred green peppers and wash them for later use. Cut the pickled radish and carrot just made in the pickle jar into diced radish with the thickness below 1 cm for later use.
Wash the pot, dry it, pour in rapeseed oil, stir-fry the pork liver when the oil is 7 or 8 minutes hot, and then add green pepper to continue stirring. When the color is almost the same, add the cut sauerkraut and stir fry.
Finally, add the right amount of salt and chicken essence to taste, and then serve.

Matters needing attention
At the initial stage of frying, you can also add green pepper to fry, and then add pig liver, so that pig liver can avoid being fried.
