Sini Decoction consists of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, Rhizoma Zingiberis, and Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata. It should be soaked in water in advance to make the decoction pieces soft. When decocting, the aconite root should be decocted first for a long time, and then the aconite root should be decocted for 20-30 minutes with water less than the width of the aconite root, then the dried ginger, the roasted licorice root and enough water are added, and then it is decocted with slow fire for 20 minutes.
