Mushroom and Celery Dumplings
Prepare the main ingredients: parsley, mushrooms, and pork stuffing
Wash the parsley and cut it into pieces. Mushrooms also cut into pieces, and pork stuffing in the same pot, add salt, thirteen spices, chicken powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and then drizzle some sesame oil, and then beat an egg, and stir well to give the stuffing flavor.

First step:Meat the noodles
: Pour the appropriate amount of flour into the pot, and use water to mix the noodles, stirring while pouring, and stirring all the flour to form a wadding shape after it's been moistened.
Then, roll out the dough repeatedly to form a slightly hard and smooth dough, and cover it with a plate and leave it to molasses for 10 minutes, as the freshly kneaded dough is more sinewy and not easy to roll out.
The second step: Mixing the filling: Wash and chop the parsley and mushrooms, and put them in the same pot with the meat filling, add salt, thirteen spices, chicken powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and drizzle with some sesame oil, and then add some sesame oil, which is a great way to make the mushroom pork filling or celery pork filling, but I didn't realize that it tastes so great to put the mushrooms, celery, and pork into a single mixture.
Beat in an egg and whisk it well to flavor the filling.
Step 3: Rolling out the dough:
After the dough has risen, we knead it smoothly, roll it into long strips, and cut it into even-sized pieces.
Then we flatten the dough and roll it out into a dumpling skin that is slightly thicker in the center and thinner at the edges.
Step 4: Wrapping the Dumplings:
Place a generous amount of filling on the dumpling skin, and either pinch the edges together or place them in a vise-like position to form a dumpling.
Put the wrapped dumplings inside the tray, and the delicious Shit Mushroom and Celery Dumplings are ready.
