Ingredients: two cucumbers, 300g cold noodles, 2 cloves of garlic, appropriate amount of onion, appropriate amount of ginger, 3 parsley, appropriate amount of vinegar and appropriate amount of sesame oil.
1. Mash the cucumber, pour it into a container, add a little salt and mix well for use.
2. Wash the cold noodles and put them in a container. Soak in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
3. Select and wash the coriander, cut it into sections, put less salt, wait for 3 minutes, and put it in a cucumber container.
4. Put the prepared onion ginger into a bowl and soak it in vinegar and sesame oil for 3 minutes.
5. Take out the cold noodles, mix the onion, ginger, cold noodles and cucumber together, and stir well before eating.
