200 grams of adzuki beans
2 tablespoons rock sugar (30g)
Osmanthus fragrans 1 tbsp (15ml)
50 grams of yam
Clear water 700 ml
-Steps-
1. Rinse adzuki beans with clear water. Wash the yam, carefully peel it, and then cut it into 0.5 cm square dices.
2. Put a little hot water in the pot, put the diced yam in after the fire, simmer for 1 minute, then take it out and shower it with cold water to drain the water.
3. Add osmanthus into yam diced and stir well.
4. Pour the clear water into the pot, then add the red beans, add the rock sugar after the fire is boiled, and turn to low heat for 45 minutes.
5. Filter adzuki bean and soup with a thin reed, then crush adzuki bean on the thin reed with a small spoon and make red bean paste through the thin reed.
6. Pour the filtered soup and red bean paste into the pot again and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
7. Finally, sprinkle the sweet-scented osmanthus yam diced on the red bean paste.
