Just follow this simple method below, and you don’t need any professional ice cream machine at all.
Tools for making ice cream:
Wash and dry a small coffee can with a plastic lid
Tape 900g crushed ice rock salt
Wash and dry a large coffee can, the kind with a plastic lid
Ice cream ingredients:
One cup of whipped cream, one cup of milk 1/2 cup sugar 1 spoon vanilla
Others: Flavorings, chocolate syrup, food coloring, chocolate chips, cut candies or nuts, cookies, juice, brownies (cut into small pieces), candied fruits.
Method:
1. Combine cream, milk, sugar and vanilla in a small coffee jug.
2. Add flavoring or chocolate syrup, and add food coloring to create the most attractive color.
3. Put the lid on and seal with tape.
4. Place a layer of ice cubes in the bottom of a large coffee can and place the small can inside, on top of the ice cubes.
5. Spread the ice cubes and rock salt around the small jar, making sure it is spread in layers.
6. Put the lid on the large jar and start shaking the jar vigorously or rolling it on the floor as long as it doesn't stop.
7. Replace the ice cubed water in the large jar, and replace the ice cubes and salt several times.
8. After 15 minutes, clean the outside of the small jar, open it, and add other ingredients according to your own taste.
9. Re-seal the lid of the small jar, place it in the larger jar, drain the water, replace with new ice cubes and salt, and shake for another 15 to 20 minutes.
10. Wash the small can again and open it. If you want harder ice cream, put it in the refrigerator for a while. until the desired hardness is reached
