Tips
The filling is very simple, and you can have a bowl of hot wontons in about half an hour.
Press as much water out of the tofu as you can in the first step; retaining too much water will cause the filling to overly rot later.
When you add oil, add hot cooked oil to make the filling more flavorful.
Tofu Wontons
