1. Wash the sweet potatoes, rinse them under running water until there is no mud on the surface, and cut them into 3cm square pieces.
2. Add water to the pot, turn on the steam and steam for 20 minutes until chopsticks can be easily inserted through the sweet potatoes.

1. Wash the sweet potatoes and scrape the skin. Use a knife to scrape off the skin, then cut into thin slices. It is best to choose red sweet potatoes, which are delicious and beautiful. You can also make it with white sweet potatoes, but the taste is dry.

4. Then smooth the sweet potato puree, preferably using a high-temperature glass baking bowl or ceramic baking pan. Spread a layer of mozzarella cheese on top of the mashed sweet potatoes.
5. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees in advance, put the mashed sweet potato into the oven, put it on the middle layer, and bake it for about 15 minutes on the upper and lower heat. Different brands of ovens have different temperatures. You should adjust the temperature and time appropriately according to the temperament of your own oven.
This cheese-baked sweet potato dish is complete. In winter, don’t just boil the sweet potatoes. Add some cheese and bake them. They will be sweet and rich, and they will be eaten instantly upon serving.
