Basic introduction English name: spleen deficiency? Clinical: Common causes of TCM: Almost all gastrointestinal diseases can appear or be accompanied by common symptoms of spleen deficiency: vomiting, diarrhea, edema, bleeding, amenorrhea, cold limbs and other causes, clinical manifestations, syndrome differentiation and treatment, prevention, the cause of spleen belongs to the soil in the five elements, and the yin in the five internal organs belongs to the most yin. Shui Gu, whose spleen governs the transport and transformation, regulates the absorption of blood, ascends the clear and transports the subtle, is the "source of qi and blood biochemistry". After the human body is born, all organs and tissues depend on the delicate Shui Gu transformed by the spleen for nutrition, so the spleen is called "the foundation of the day after tomorrow". It forms the spleen system with the stomach, meat, lips and mouth. Deficiency of spleen function and lack of biochemical sources are caused by spleen deficiency or improper diet, emotional factors, disorder of work and rest, spleen or chronic kidney disease patients are damaged by medicine and food, damp evil stays for a long time, and spleen is damaged. Spleen plays a very important role in the digestion and absorption of food, so almost all gastrointestinal diseases can appear or be accompanied by spleen deficiency. 1. Spleen deficiency is mostly caused by improper diet, or overwork, or long-term worry, damage to spleen and soil, or insufficient resistance and weakness. 2. Spleen-yang deficiency is mostly caused by the further development of spleen-qi deficiency syndrome, and it can also be caused by eating disorders, overeating and cold, or damaging spleen-yang due to too much cold medicine, or deficiency of kidney-yang, lack of vital qi and fire failure. 3. Qi stagnation also refers to temper. When the temper rises, Shui Gu's essence will be lost to the lungs to nourish other internal organs. If the temper sinks, there will be symptoms such as chronic diarrhea, rectocele and uterine prolapse. 4. The spleen does not control blood, and the temper is weak, so the blood cannot be taken, so the blood does not follow the meridian. Clinical manifestations of spleen deficiency syndrome refers to diseases caused by spleen deficiency, with complicated symptoms, mainly including vomiting, diarrhea, edema, bleeding, amenorrhea, leukorrhagia, cold limbs, and salivation in children. 1. Weakness of temper, abdominal distension, severe abdominal distension after eating, weakness of limbs, mental fatigue, lack of breath and laziness in speaking, emaciation, obesity and edema, and pale tongue coating. 2. Spleen-yang deficiency with thin stool, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, warm and pressure-loving, cold and timid, tepid limbs, dull complexion or edema, short and red urine or clear leucorrhea, and white and slippery tongue coating. 3. On the basis of spleen-qi deficiency, there are clinical manifestations of qi stagnation, such as persistent diarrhea, proctoptosis, uterine prolapse and so on. 4. On the basis of spleen-qi deficiency syndrome, there are clinical manifestations of chronic bleeding, such as menorrhagia, metrorrhagia, hematochezia, epistaxis and subcutaneous hemorrhage. In addition to bleeding, you must also see some symptoms of spleen deficiency. Treating spleen deficiency based on syndrome differentiation is a common syndrome type in viscera syndrome differentiation, and invigorating spleen and benefiting qi is the treatment method. "Pulse Meridian" Volume II: "Spleen deficiency, ... suffering from diarrhea, abdominal distension, qi reversal, cholera, vomiting, jaundice, anxiety, bowel sounds." It is said that "the temper ... Xu Ruo is cold, which makes people feel full of abdominal distension, Shui Gu is not necessary, swallowing acid, eating, vomiting, cholera, heavy limbs, thinking too much, and hearing people's voices" (see Volume 44 of the Total Records of the Holy Sites). Zou Shu's "Materia Medica Classic" summarizes that "twelve syndromes such as spleen deficiency, overwork, spleen injury, fever and poor diet belong to spleen deficiency; If you don't eat well, you will hate eating and stop eating, which is caused by drinking soup, Leng Cha and cold wine. Edema belongs to spleen deficiency and spleen yin deficiency; Choke diaphragm is caused by deficiency of both qi and blood and deficiency of blood rather than stagnation of phlegm and qi. Spleen deficiency belongs to qi deficiency, forgetfulness belongs to both qi and blood deficiency, and burnout and lethargy belong to spleen deficiency.
