lotus root and rip soup
Ingredients: ribs, lotus root, white radish, carrot, ginger, shallot, pepper and salt.
Practice:
Peel the lotus root, wash it, cut it into hob pieces and rinse it in clean water. White radish and carrot are cut into hob pieces respectively. Chop shallots and slice ginger. Boil water in the pot, add ginger slices and cooking wine, put the washed ribs in the pot and blanch them. Take them out after the water boils.
Take another pot, add appropriate amount of warm water, add the cooked ribs, add ginger slices and stew for 30 minutes first. Then add lotus root, carrot and white radish, add a few pepper, and continue to stew for about 30 minutes. When the lotus root ribs soup is cooked, add salt and stir well. Finally, when serving, serve it out and sprinkle some chopped green onion.
