Home-made bean paste: Grandma used the method for half her life, which is simple and easy to use, as good as buying it.

My grandma made all my bean paste. She has been making it for almost half her life. Since I can remember, I have often seen her making Chili sauce, but I always hide away and secretly look at it because I always think that Chili is very spicy, and it will hurt me if I get close. At that time, my idea was really simple.

After watching my grandma's bean paste cooked so many times, I was very familiar with the method of making it. Once my friend asked me how to make it. In fact, the method is very simple and easy to use. The bean paste made is not worse than what I bought. What should I do? The following small series will share with you the production method.

Home-made practice of bean paste

Step 1: First, prepare 500g soybeans, wash them with clear water, cook them in a pot, take them out, and let them cool naturally. Then, wash 250g garlic and 250g ginger and cut them into pieces. The more broken they are, the better. After these ingredients are ready, you can start the next step.

Step 2: Add 150g cooking oil into the pot, and when it is heated to 70%, put the cooked soybeans into the pot, fry the water in the soybeans, then take them out, prepare a bowl, add salt, cooking wine, chopped pepper, minced garlic and Jiang Mo, and stir them evenly with chopsticks.

Step 3: Finally, add a small amount of cooking oil into the pot, pour the mixture of soybeans and peppers into the pot, and slowly cook it with low fire. During the cooking process, keep stirring to avoid burning the pot. Finally, add about 25g of white sugar, stir it until it is completely melted, put it in a container, seal it, expose it to the sun for about 5 days, and then ferment it in the shade for a while.

You might as well do it yourself at home. It's not only simple but also very clean and hygienic, and the taste is no worse than what you bought.
