Ingredients: cabbage, garlic and dried Chili
1: Wash the cabbage by hand, and cut the garlic and dried pepper for later use.
2. Stir-fry Chili and garlic in hot oil, pour in cabbage, stir-fry until it is cut off, add seasoning (one spoonful of soy sauce+one spoonful of oyster sauce+one spoonful of salt), continue to stir-fry evenly over high fire, and cook.
Tips: Cabbage is more delicious when torn by hand than when cut with a knife.
