Abalone ribs are the ingredients for stewing small potatoes.
Pork chop with 2 small abalone and 6 small abalone.
Small potatoes, 20 onions, a big piece.
2 slices of ginger and 2 cloves of garlic.
Star anise 1 peanut oil
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon salt content
Cooking wine 1 tablespoon of white rice vinegar.

Step 1
Soak the ribs in clear water for one hour, remove the blood, and change the water several times during this period.
Second step
Put the ribs in the pot, add cold water, and simmer the bleeding water slowly with low fire.
Third step
Abalone is shelled, eviscerated, washed and put on a flower knife.
Fourth step
Small potatoes are peeled and washed.
Step five
Add proper amount of peanut oil to the pot, and stir-fry slowly to rock sugar color.

Stir-fry ginger slices, star anise, garlic cloves and a tablespoon of soy sauce with onion.
