Ingredients: 300g of pork ribs, 10g of shiitake mushrooms, 10g of Cordyceps sinensis, 8g of red dates
Seasoning: salt, chicken powder 2 grams each, 10 ml of cooking wine
How to make Cordyceps, Mushroom and Spare Ribs Soup
1. Put the spareribs into a pot of boiling water, pour in the cooking wine and mix well, cook briefly and remove.
